Lianna Yoga

Empowering individuals through yoga.

I began yoga when I was really struggling with my mental health at the start of my career in Engineering. Yoga has taught me to slow down, take notice of how I'm feeling both physically and mentally and practice self-care. I trained to be a certified yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals because, I want to share this with others.

My classes involve breath awareness and meditation to put your mind at ease. Alongside mindful movements, exploring different poses, building strength, mobility and stability.
